if you can't stand the heat...

...lie down until the headache you got traipsing all around an LNG carrier that was in a dry dock at a shipyard passes and then go out for sushi.

more tomorrow when the headache aura has faded...

    I have an achey head too! It shouldn't be too warm in Scotland, but it is! Singapore looks wonderful! Your daughter is quite talented with the camera BTW!

    wow great photo! You have got such an awesome eye for that. If it were me taking the pic, I'd have put in the whole building and gotten too far away to get anything out of the photo. Amazing.

    hope by the time you read this you're feeling back to your usual self again. headaches should be banned. i have a long-term thing going with them...

    p.s.: if it's not a full-blown migraine, sometimes an espresso with half a lemon squeezed into it helps (drink while holding you nose). you knew that probably...
