inspiring me right now

it's been a long time since i've shared my sources of inspiration, but since i've been thinking about inspiration (again again) of late, i thought i'd show you my latest sources. mostly from etsy, of course. but some are also from the blogosphere and of course a bit from flickr.


i really adore these whimsical seasonal robots by botodesigns on etsy.


i'm enthralled by these handmade map beads by mygoodness on etsy.


one day soon, i'm going to order one of afiori's beautiful books (yup, from etsy).


this is the cutest use of old typewriter keys i've seen in a long time.

jude hill's thoughtful mini quilts are like art journaling in fiber.

and i didn't resist a meter of cute new fabric featuring these whimsical figures at panduro.

    I love to browse thru Etsy and get ideas on some creative sewing projects. Mine never come out nearly as good tho...
    Those items are adorable! I'd never thought about old typewriter keys before!

    Inspiring: the autumn and changes in colors are really lovely. The light seem to be different, and it is still not cold enough to scare me into staying inside.

    There are a bunch of new music inspiring me lately. Especially over one hundred DJ-mixes I download of of Mixotic.

    thanks so much for sharing. I find it helpful to see where you get your inspiration from, not that it really helps me any, but it's nice to see.

    Got my giftie yesterday... thank you thank you thank you! Took some pix this morning, but I'm at work and don't have it with me. Look for a post about it soon tho!
