what i'm supposed to be doing





i think i found what i'm supposed to be doing. now i've just got to get off a plane long enough to learn how to do it.

  11. I love the meditative nature of weaving. To me it's very Zen-like, getting into the rhythm of the shuttle going back and forth. But I confess I have no patience for dressing the loom. Hence, I'm a failed weaver. *sigh*

  13. I wove at camp one time. I really enjoyed it. I wish I could go back and do it again because right now, I fear it would be one more distraction and I don't want it to be a distraction.

    Hey! I have a great idea. You can do it. And don't let it be a distraction for you. And I will feel...better.

  17. wow, um wow! that is a big commitment! can you rent the looms ;) I do know what you mean. I have sat at one and had a pro at my elbow. It is amazing - instant gratification. Looking forward to see what comes of this (are you sure you aren't just jet lagged?)
