an early morning walk in the garden.
still. quiet. sparkling.
the silence broken only by bird calls and the occasional rooster's crow.
the roosters have just learned to crow and they still seem surprised by it.
dew-laden spiderwebs sparkling in the morning sun.
and a clear sense of these precise moments as utterly unique.
these fine webs have their glittering moment in the sun.
fleeting, unique moments, savored fully.
it's what life is about, really.

utterly beautiful
Thanks for visiting :-) Sorry, I kind of dropped off the twig a little but came to see you and - wow - what amazingly, breathtakingly beautiful pictures. Nature does it all so perfectly.
Is that Itsy Bitsy's efforts?
Oh j, these are wonderful. Little, rarely seen moments captured!
to capture this single moment that will never, ever be exactly the same, beautiful.
this was a gift this morning. how wonderful it must have been for you. muchas gracias!
beautiful spider webs!
You know, I had never thought about the fact that light will never hit webs (or anything living really) in the same way again. I might have to use that as motivation to take more photos when the light is making things look perfect...it might never do that again.
breathtaking - thank you!
So beautiful... and just what I needed today :) Thank you.
Stunning gossamer photos. Just really!

You are right that perfect light is gone in an instant... things never look the same again
Thank you for sharing these beautiful photos
