please disregard the dust

please disregard the dust
that's pretty much going to be my theme for the week...please disregard the dust. lots to do - proposals to revise, projects to start, pretty things to pin, pictures to take, thoughts to write. so much more exciting than dusting the windowsill.

    My mother's motto was--and she wanted me to drill it into my head--there is ALWAYS something more compelling to do than housework.

    Your entry brought the family credo to mind immediately. More than fifty years since I first heard that from her, oddly enough, I have ALWAYS found it to be a wise saying.
